We provide mobile car detailing services at the customer’s location. Service details, pricing, and estimated durations may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requests.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are starting estimates and may change upon inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, e-transfer or bank cheque.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

4. Vehicle Condition

Customers must disclose excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or damage prior to service. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles.

5. Access & Safety

Customers must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service at any point.

6. Liability

While we take care in servicing your vehicle, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical or electrical issues, damage resulting from previously worn or fragile surfaces

7. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

8. Weather & Delays

Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
